1968 Ford Mustang

REV is thrilled to offer this 1968 Ford Mustang Coupe, finished in Sunlit Gold Metallic over Black leatherette interior. This is a 'C' Code 289 V8 example, with a 2bbl carburetor, C4 Automatic transmission, Power Steering, and Power Brakes. This example also has been equipped with an original dealer-installed Air Conditioning unit, which blows cold air! This Mustang was sold brand new in Travelers Rest, SC and has remained in SC since new. REV acquired it from its 3rd owner. The paint has been professionally resprayed, and looks absolutely incredible in person. The interior was originally Gold, to match the exterior, but it has been converted to Black, with matching carpet, trim, dash, etc. Dual rear speakers have been added to the rear shelf, which are hidden tastefully so as to not disturb the original aesthetic. The original steel wheels have been upgraded to period correct 'GT' style wheels, with steel belted radial tires. The engine compartment has been restored mildly, and shows incredibly well. The floor pans both inside and underneath have been sanded, seam sealed, primer coated, and painted. This is a near show-quality example underneath, inside, and out. It isn't 100% perfect, but it's close. It's an extremely nice driver, which is dependable and comfortable. Lots of maintenance has been performed in the last couple years. The car will come with maintenance records, two sets of keys, many boxes of spare parts, original sales documents, booklets, owners manual, and the original wheels/hub caps.
